A standard credit/criminal background check is performed on all applicants along with income and rental history verification. We look for 600 + credit score, 3 times the rent in income. Co-signer is accepted with credit score of 650+ and income at 3x the rent. In addition to the income requirement, we look for positive rental history, no evictions/ judgments.
