Very nice older home with newer windows on the main floor. Beautiful bay window in the living room area. Windows in the attic were not replaced at this time. Two Bedroom, one bathroom, large eat in kitchen, larger bathroom with two closets, attached two car garage. Separate two car garage, carport and gazebo for outdoor entertainment. Furnace is a boiler system and the pump was replaced approx. 3 years ago. A/C unit is older. New roof was installed in 2007. Stove, Refrigerator and washer and dryer all stay with the home. The microwave does not work at this time.
