Building built in 1975 – Now used as an office space but was once a hair salon and still has the water hook-ups for washing hair and the washer and dryer hook-ups are still there. A newer roof was added 3 years ago. It is an energy efficient membrane polyurethane roof. Furnace was replaced in 2010. The sidewalk infront of the store were refinished 10 years ago by the city.
